Hello Kitty Camera & Windows Vista?
Greetings….
I bought my daughter a Hello Kitty digital camera for Christmas ( model # KT7002 ). She’s taken some pictures on it and I’ve tried to import them onto my computer, but it keeps saying that the driver has not been installed properly. I’ve run the setup disk and tried their web-site’s driver downloads but nothing seems to work.
My question is if anyone else has this camera and has gotten it to work on Windows Vista Home Premium. All my updates are current and I am at a loss as to why the drivers fail to work and/or the computer doesn’t recognize the camera when plugged into the USB port…it knows it’s there, it just can’t get the pictures off from it as it says unable to install drivers.
Does anyone know if it’s even compatible with Windows Vista and if it is, has anyone had any success with it and if so, what’s the secret ?
Thanks to anyone who can help or offer some guidance to my problem.
